1. Order Processing & Shipping Fees

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days for payment verification, packaging, and product inspection before shipment.

During holidays, promotions, or periods of increased demand, processing times may extend up to 6 business days.

Shipping Cost

A standard shipping fee of $6.99 per order applies to all supported delivery regions.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

• United States: 8–14 business days
• Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 10–16 business days
• Other International Destinations: 14–21 business days

Please note that delivery estimates may vary depending on local carriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, or regional logistics delays.

3. Shipment Tracking

Please keep in mind:

• Tracking information may require 1–3 business days to update after shipment
• Occasional tracking delays do not necessarily mean the package is lost

4. International Shipping & Customs Duties

For international shipments:

• Orders may be shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) conditions
• Customers are responsible for applicable import taxes, duties, or customs fees
• Zynterro™ is not responsible for customs-related shipping delays

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

To ensure timely shipping, orders are processed quickly after purchase.

6. Lost or Damaged Deliveries

Damaged Products

If your kitchen product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

• The outer packaging
• The shipping label

Our support team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution when applicable.

Lost Packages

If the shipping carrier officially confirms that a package has been lost during transit, we will assist with a replacement after verification.
